Internship information
General Farm Description: Larson Farm and Creamery is a certified organic dairy farm with an on-farm creamery. We milk 30 A2A2 Jersey cows that are 100% grass-fed. We direct market raw milk, pasteurized milk, yogurt and butter through our busy on-farm store and through several distributors. We place great emphasis on soil health, practicing 'tall grazing' in fast rotations to stimulate plant regrowth and healthy soil microbiome. Larson Farm is a co-founder of Land Care Cooperative, a group of grazers utilizing satellite-driven data to monitor crop conditions and yield.CRAFT Member Farm? No
