General Farm Description: Larson Farm and Creamery is a 30-cow certified organic, 100% grass-fed Jersey herd with cows all DNA tested to have A2A2 betacasein milk. We practice intensive managed grazing from May through October. The herd spends the winter on a composting bedded pack. Pasture management and soil health is a priority. All milk is sold as 'raw' unpasteurized milk directly to customers, or is processed in our on-farm creamery into yogurt, pasteurized cream-top milk, gelato and butter, marketed regionally.
