We have the ability to be flexible with schedules and even crafting the job description to meet all parties needs. Position is part time farm work with the potential to help/learn remodeling while working with us in our residential contracting business. Farm work will be helping move animals as we rotationally graze, gather/package eggs, help process birds as needed, help with direct marketing and misc tasks. Opportunity to run your own side business as long as it agrees with and compliments our goals and vision. Think market garden, honey bees or farrowing pigs etc. On-site housing available for small family, couple or individual. Rent and terms to be determined. If you are trustworthy, honest and willing to learn, this may work for both of us. We will not compromise our standards and expect the same level of integrity from our partners.
