Minimum Length of Stay: 10 weeks is full participation
Internship Details:
1/2-acre, no-till, raised-bed system with high tunnel, greenhouse, wash/pack, and cold storage; production for guests and community partners.
Summer: late May–early August 2026
Educational Opportunities: Seeding, composting, maintenance, harvest, farmers market; 5 hours per week of discussion combined with reading/structured learning

Meals: No meals provided, but interns have unlimited access to market garden seconds, 1 dozen eggs per week, and venison if donated by hunters.
