Educational Opportunities: "Gain the knowledge to run a small vegetable farm. Learn succession planting, cover crops, rotations, greenhouse management, equipment operation and maintenance, marketing and more. "
Skills Desired: "We move quickly and work hard, in good and bad weather, and expect interns to do the same. We have a lot of laughs and a generally light hearted approach to farming, but never let that get in the way of accomplishing the task at hand. Experience with farm work or manual labor is preferred, but not required. An ideal intern is self-motivated and focused, willing to make mistakes and learn from them, and has a commitment to sustainable agriculture. "

Stipend: "$250/wk, housing and utilities provided for the duration of the internship and as many vegetables/eggs you can eat. "
