The Wildlife Habitat Grant Program provides a voluntary, incentive-based payment to reimburse participants in Grady, Logan, Oklahoma, or Tulsa counties of Oklahoma for native plant purchases used in creating new wildlife habitat benefiting insects and birds. This grant is an initiative of the Oklahoma Association of Conservation District, Oklahoma Conservation Commission and Oklahoma Monarch Society. The reimbursement rate is $525 per 100 sq. ft., with a minimum project size of 100 sq. ft. Residential projects may range from 100–500 sq. ft., while nonprofit, business, or other public space projects may range from 100–1,000 sq. ft. per project.
