The North American Center for Saffron Research and Development at the University of Vermont (UVM) and Rodale Institute in Pennsylvania are hosting an in-person demonstration on saffron planting that will show beginning saffron growers various ways to plant saffron corms, including a saffron planter designed and fabricated by PA Saffron. Presenters will also show growers saffron infused honey, a value-added product, and provide an update on an ongoing study of the genetics of saffron. All registrants who attend will receive 50 free corms.
