General Farm Description: We farm 10 acres of specialty vegetables and fruits in Durham County NC. In 2020 we planted an orchard with blueberries, kiwi, pear and persimmons.CRAFT Member Farm? Yes

We are hiring a Pack Shed Manager, Tractor Operator and a delivery person, check the job listings on our website for more details.
Educational Opportunities: Crew members have an opportunity to learn all aspects of daily work on the farm. This is a paid position with full time hours.
Skills Desired: We are seeking applicants who are focused, enthusiastic, and interested in contributing to their community and environment through active involvement in the food system. Additional skills and qualifications for this role include: Being physically capable to lift heavy objects and work in all weather Ability to work well with others and independently A positive attitude Attention to detail and speed Commitment to work the entire season (March through November) Reliability and ability to arrive on time every day Commitment to work some extended hours on Friday afternoons as market prep requires
