Internship Details:
An educational, hands-on experience in small-scale organic agriculture. Minimum 30 hours per week of field work and occasional educational discussions and field trips. Extensive practice in agricultural skills, from planning and field preparation through planting, weeding, harvesting and marketing, with opportunities to delve more deeply into areas of interest. Expect a serious, production-focused work environment and lots of repetitive manual labor.
