Practical Farmers of Iowa and the National Meat Summit Steering Committee will host the second annual Midwest Meat Summit. Farmers, butchers and industry experts will convene for nearly two days of technical and business assistance, valuable speaker sessions and ample time to mingle and connect. On the first day, attendees will take a bus tour to visit farms and a processor, followed by a local foods dinner. The second day consists of breakout sessions and an exhibit hall.
