General Farm Description: Who we are: Primo is a farm to table restaurant located in Mid-Coast Maine, headed by Executive chef, Melissa Kelly headed into its 26th season. The farm and restaurant are situated on 5 acres with a portion of that in full time intensive cultivation following regenerative practices. This allows us to be incredibly productive on a small scale. With 2 greenhouses, 200 laying chickens, 150 broiler chickens, 12 pigs, and 5 ducks, the farm is very much alive and participating in a full circle experience. The farm generates an atmosphere of hard-work, collaboration, experimentation and pride for the quality of food we grow. The work is intense but we still love to have fun! At the forefront of what we do and care about here: Quality, creativity, curiosity, observation, connection, intention.CRAFT Member Farm? No
