Our internship program is ideal for those who want to actively engage in a co-creative, intentional community environment while practicing sustainable living. We provide opportunities to integrate with nature, live in harmony with the land, grow your own food, drink water from the sky, and harness energy from the sun.
It is a challenging, yet rewarding, experience that will enrich your mind, body, and spirit.
Our internship program consists of ‘tracks’ which are different ways to contribute to our operations – kitchen, permaculture, guest services, housekeeping, media marketing, and maintenance. Ultimately, our goal is to offer you a unique and empowering, hands-on educational opportunity while supporting our farm and retreat center operations in the high vibe spirit of Aloha.

Empowerment Track
Through the Empowerment track you will work with three departments wrapped into one awesome experience! Engage in services related to permaculture, kitchen, hospitality and landcare. This track is for multi-faceted individuals interested in practicing multiple skills. Tuition $795/mo for this 2-3 month program.
Aloha Guest Services
Angels in Guest Services/Housekeeping know what it takes to create a clean and comfortable experience in an eco-conscious hospitality environment.
