Internship information
General Farm Description: New Hannah Farm is a small, diversified vegetable farm on the west side of San Juan Island, WA. Our mission is to responsibly grow high-quality, organic, delicious food to supply local businesses and feed our island community.CRAFT Member Farm? No
Internship Starts: As soon as possible
Internship Ends: 31-Oct
Number of Internship Available: 4
Application Deadline: June 1st of 2026
Minimum Length of Stay: Until the end of October would be ideal, but help until the end of September would also be amazing.

Available Positions for the 2026 Season:
- Planting Manger ($25/HR, 35-40 HRS/WK)
- Harvest Manager ($25/HR, 35-40 HRS/WK)
- General Crew ($20/HR, 21-24 HRS/WK)

Skills Desired: No specific skills. But we are looking for people who appreciate (and uphold/improve) systems and organization.
Meals: We offer tea, coffee, snacks, veggies, and after-work cocktails and mocktails. We also try to do a family-style dinner at the farm once per week. Our freezer is also stuffed with popsicles and ice cream.
Stipend: Yes, you'll get a $100 equipment stipend. We can offer a list of suggestions and recommended gear.
Housing: No, but we can assist in finding housing
