No experience required or expected, positive attitudes and eagerness to learn are both a must.
Farmers are expected to be ready to work every morning and work hard throughout the day. We are most interested in folks who are eager to learn, work fast and efficiently, are self motivated, curious and show pride in their work… and like to have fun and laugh… laughing is important.

1. What are your goals in working on a farm? Afterwards?
2. Describe the type of farm experience and skills in which you are most interested.
