General Farm Description: DSM Land, LLC is expanding our conservation land easement in 2024 and we are needing assistance to utilize all of the growing spaces during the 2024 growing season. DSM Land, LLC's mission is to acquire open space and/or arable land with significant conservation potential in order to generate profit through property rentals, regenerative agricultural product sales, and health/wellness services while simultaneously providing focused public access to the land for innovation, education, research, health and human services. We have conserved 180 acres at this time and expanding toward 700 acres.CRAFT Member Farm? No

Internship Details:
We have the land, the water, the know how, and tools but not the man power to complete the operations in organic food production, orchards, field crops and our development of unique regenerative agricultural/horticultural practices and species for the area. Agricultural experience would be helpful but not necessary and education of the next generation of growers is our mission.
Educational Opportunities: Education in organic food production, establishing orchards, irrigation management, field crops, livestock management, land conservation and ecological diversity management.
