Internship Details:
Internship is a paid program that includes housing and 3 meals a day, we are a vibrant community with a lot happening on and around farm. The intern program is curriculum based and is designed to make you feel comfortable with starting your own successful farm. For interested interns there is a chance for hire as full time farm staff both seasonal and year round. Spots fill up fast.
Educational Opportunities: This is curriculum based, daily learning, Weekly lunch and learn where we talk about lessons as a group. Visit to other farms. This farm produces a lot of food, all aspects of farming, vegetables, milking, greenhouse management, tractor work, methods for storing food long term, and much more.
Skills Desired: No farming experience necessary, all we expect is a strong work ethic and the expectations that farming during the season sometimes requires long hours.
