Internship information
General Farm Description: Outlaw Organic Farm is located about 25-30 min outside of Ithaca, New York in the Finger Lakes region. The 20 acre farm has a rich history with multiple generations of organic growers tending to the land over the last few decades. Currently, the property is home to Outlaw Organic Farm, a salad-focused farm specializing in tasty baby leaf greens mixes, herbs, edible flowers, and seasonal veggies. There is currently an acre in production with a priority on no-till beds and biodynamic methods such as perennial hedge rows and cover cropping. The farm attends the Ithaca Farmers' Market (voted #1 Farmers' Market in the US by Newsweek!) twice weekly and is introducing a CSA subscription this season.CRAFT Member Farm? No
