We are looking for highly energetic, motivated and passionate individuals who want to join our farm’s core team to produce high quality organic vegetables.

Production crew responsibilities include greenhouse seeding, tillage, transplanting, cultivation, hand weeding, irrigation, pest and fertility management, vehicle and equipment maintenance, bulk harvest, and other farm tasks. Minimum one year previous farm experience required, preferably including some tractor operation. Valid driver’s license, strong attention to detail, safe handling of equipment, ability to work independently and on a team, and eagerness to learn are all essential. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work Monday through Saturday April-November with speed, endurance, and good cheer.  Hours are generally 7am-5pm M-F and 8am-1pm every other Saturday, an average of 45-50 hours per week in peak season. On the job training provided. Must be willing to commit to the full 2023 season.
