General Farm Description: Bee Run Farm draws its name from a nearby stream named “Bee Run”. Bee Run Farm is located in Northern Kentucky in the Ohio River Valley. The farm is 260-acres, consisting of 80 acres of pasture/farmland and 180 acres of forest. Bee Run Farm has miles of trails along creeks and forests. We are located 45 miles from Cincinnati, OH (CVG Airport) and 70 miles from Lexington, KY (LEX Airport). Augusta, KY (pop. 1,190) is a charming and picturesque town located on the Ohio River close to the Bluegrass region.CRAFT Member Farm? No

FARM MANAGER JOB DESCRIPTION
The Farm Manager will be responsible for all matters related to agriculture, maintenance, and enterprise operations. The Farm Manager will also engage with the farm owner to develop and institute land management practices on the farm with an emphasis on resiliency and sustainability.

Requirements:

Enjoy working outdoors in all types of weather.

Tractor and other mowing machinery experience.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Salary and benefits:

Financial compensation commensurate with experience. Pay rates starting at $15/hr, commensurate with experience.
