John joined NCAT as an IT Support Specialist in 2022. He supports NCAT staff by resolving IT support requests, answering questions, troubleshooting and installing software and hardware, and taking care of day-to-day computer upkeep and maintenance.
He has worked in this field since 2012, mostly in the private sector gaining experience and a few certifications in networking and systems along the way. In his previous roles he worked at Helpdesk and Desktop Support, helping customers and employees with their daily computer needs and has assisted with enterprise-wide hardware and software deployments all while keeping his people happy.
