Farm Manager, 2027 Season and Beyond:
-$42 to $50k per year, starting salary
-Affordable Housing available
-Opportunities for collaboration and co-ownership
-Will consider experienced farming couples/families

Personal Note:
Farmers Brooke & Dan are looking to share what we’ve built with others, particularly an
individual/family that will benefit from the fruits of our labor these past 20 years while
providing their own blood & sweat to evolve and perfect this incredibly important oasis
we call home. We are not necessarily looking for an “employee” to meet the quota for
the next couple seasons, but ideally a “partner” to share the load with and advance our
efforts in a holistic and meaningful way. This will require an experienced individual who
has the capabilities to start their own farm, but may lack the resources to do so
responsibly, or simply someone who knows better than to take on the burden of land/
farm ownership and instead seeks life-balance & guaranteed income. We have
sacrificed greatly over the years to build/sustain Urbavore, and we know that our
sacrifices aren’t realistic for others. We’d like to spare you of such burden, and share in
the beautiful toil of our existing operation. -Warmly, Farmers Brooke & Dan

Educational Opportunities: This is an amazing opportunity for a potential farm owner to join forces with an already established farm and partake in lifelong learning, collaborative partnership, and potential co-ownership.
