The Better Food Policy Fund’s Grant Program provides unrestricted funding to food policy councils. Food policy councils can apply for grants up to $20,000 per year, for a total of $40,000 over two years. Funds are unrestricted, meaning that councils can choose how best to spend them to support their work. Eligible groups are food policy councils in the U.S. that are working to effect better food policy through civic collaboration and that meet specified criteria for structure and scope.
