Join Armed to Farm for an immersive introduction to hybrid hydroponic systems. Participants will spend the morning in the classroom learning the fundamentals of hydroponics, including system types, components, plant nutrition, and best practices for successful production. In the afternoon, we’ll visit an active hybrid hydroponic growing site to see these concepts in action and explore real-world system design, implementation, and management. This hands-on learning experience is ideal for veterans interested in sustainable agriculture, controlled-environment production, and innovative farming techniques.

This training is for veterans in the Southeast region, with priority given to Kentucky and bordering states. The number of participants will be limited. One spouse or farm partner is welcome to attend with a veteran but they must submit a separate application.

The application is due by September 5thApplicants will be notified of their status by September 12th.
