Internship Details:
1/2-acre, no-till, raised-bed system with high tunnel, greenhouse, wash/pack, and cold storage; production for guests and community partners.
Summer: late May–early August 2026
Educational Opportunities: Seeding, composting, maintenance, harvest, farmers market;
5 hours per week of discussion combined with reading/structured learning
