Jennifer first started NCAT in October 2021 as a NEAR specialist during the height of the Covid pandemic. Since then, she has transitioned to updating and maintaining the assistance search tool database for the energyhelp.us page as well as assisting with updating information on the LIHEAP Clearinghouse. Jen has also lent a hand in Agrisolar and other Energy Services projects. Originally from North Central Texas, Jen now lives in Butte, Montana.
Outside of work Jen enjoys video games, tabletop role-play, baking, and reading.
