“Farming Where You Live” Webinar Series Designed to Help Landowners Generate Income

The University of Tennessee Center for Profitable Agriculture is beginning a free, five-part weekly webinar series on September 10, 2026, designed for Tennessee landowners interested in learning more about how to generate farm income with land they already own. The program especially targets small-acreage landowners, beginning farmers, and timber or forest landowners in Tennessee but is also open to other interested individuals. “[T]his webinar series aims to provide free educational sessions that will help generate new insight or ideas into utilizing existing farm or forest land to its fullest potential,” explains Alaina Boyd, series coordinator and Extension specialist for the Center for Profitable Agriculture. Individual sessions will address vegetable production, agroforestry, and other topics.
