The Agroforestry Regional Knowledge Exchange Network (ARKx) is a peer and partner network that connects agroforestry producers, organizations and resources across the regional and national landscape. Begun in 2023 by the Catalyzing Agroforestry Grant Program (CAGP) as a regional effort at the website CatalyzingAgroforestry.org, the ARKx expanded nationally in 2026. Listings and a map of organizations and farms involved in agroforestry have recently been augmented with the addition of nonprofit and university-based institutions that offer agroforestry resources, as identified in the Agroforestry Organizations Survey conducted by the University of Missouri Center for Agroforestry. Further results of this survey are available online in an article in Agroforestry Systems: “A snapshot of the current agroforestry organizational landscape in the United States focused on non-profit and university-based institutions.”
