Internship Details:
We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking farmhand to join our regenerative farm team. We raise pasture-raised pork and grow vegetables using practices that build healthy soil and support the land for the long haul. If you enjoy varied, hands-on outdoor work and take pride in doing things right, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
Moving and rotating animals through pasture
Building and maintaining fencing
Daily animal chores (feeding, watering, general care)
Planting, harvesting, and washing vegetables
General daily farm chores and maintenance
Helping with farmers markets and deliveries
Pitching in wherever needed — no two days look exactly the same
What we’re looking for:
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Ability to do physical labor (lifting, bending, being on your feet most of the day)
Reliable transportation and punctuality
A team player who takes initiative
Prior farm experience is a plus but not required — we’re happy to train the right person
Educational Opportunities: hands-on
Skills Desired: farm experience is preferred, but not required. Just need to be motivated.
Meals: lunch
Stipend: $18/hr
Housing: Temp housing may be provided (2 weeks) until housing is found.
