General Farm Description: Small organic farm providing organic not certified vegetables, flowers, herbs, and eggs, through CSA, farmers market, and wholesale market to customers in Richmond and Farmville Va.

Internship Details:

Help in all aspects of operating small organic farming operation. Planting, weeding, harvesting, processing, selling at farmers market if desired. Mindfulness training in Unified Mindfulness system also available using farm work as a way to learn and integrate mindfulness into daily life.

2026 season will begin project to grow seed for native pollinators.

Educational Opportunities: All aspects of small farm operation and mindfulness training available.

Skills Desired: No previous experience necessary, but can be helpful. Ability to work outdoors in heat. cold. and sometimes rain, is helpful.

Meals: Farm produce is available.

Stipend: Stipend available.

Housing: Small house on site.
