Internship Details:
Interns will assist with all aspects of cheese and ice cream production- making, clean up, packaging, delivery. Outside help with keeping grounds and animals.
Educational Opportunities: Learn artisanal cheese making and small batch ice cream production. Possibility to explore other dairy products- yogurt, butter
Skills Desired: Must be able to lift 40+ pounds. Clean driving record.
Meals: No, however a food stipend from our store will be available
Stipend: Yes, $250/week
