The Minnesota Department of Agriculture is accepting applications for the AGRI Protecting Livestock from Avian Influenza (Protect) Grant that helps livestock producers purchase equipment that reduces the risk of avian influenza transmission on their farms. Applicants may request $500 to $10,000. A 20% cash match is required. Projects can include biosecurity infrastructure and equipment, wild bird deterrents, and animal ID systems.
