Through the Agricultural Innovation Center program, USDA Rural Business-Cooperative Service makes grants up to $1 million to support Centers that provide services to agricultural producers seeking to develop and market value-added agricultural products. Matching funds are required for at least one-third of the total project budget. Eligible applicants include commercial organizations, state and local governments, nonprofit organizations, Tribes, and institutions of higher education.
