The New York State Buyer-Supplier Mixer brings together farmers, food producers, distributors, institutional buyers, and other food system partners to build relationships, explore new opportunities, and share practical strategies for moving more local, values-aligned food into institutional markets – while advancing a food supply chain that supports local farmers and producers, workers and communities, and access to nutritious food. Through workshops, panels, roundtable discussions, and a Supplier Expo, participants will learn from one another, explore institutional market opportunities, and connect with new and existing partners.
