Marbleseed’s Farmer-to-Farmer Program Recruiting Mentors and Mentees

Marbleseed’s Farmer-to-Farmer Mentorship program helps beginning farmers with less than 10 years of experience locate more experienced farmers. The year-long program begins in February and includes monthly check-ins, mutual farm visits, and periodic cohort networking, as well as attendance at Marbleseed’s Organic Farming Conference to start and end the year. Mentees pay $500 to participate in this dynamic, yearlong program. Mentors receive $1,000, paid at program completion. Applications are due by January 5, 2027.
