Virtual Resilerator Course Accepting Applications

California Farm Link is accepting applications to participate in the Resilerator™, a 10-week course for farmers, ranchers, and fishers who are ready to evaluate and improve the health and resilience of their agricultural business. The Resilerator is like a business accelerator, but the emphasis is on developing long-term sustainability and resilience rather than sprinting toward short-term profits. Topics include how to structure land and business ownership, labor, accounting, taxes, cash flow, credit, insurance, and environmental and other regulations. Profitability and long-term financial resilience considerations are part of each class. Virtual classes will take place on Tuesdays from October 6 to December 15, 2026, and the application deadline is September 4, 2026.
