Antecedentes

This 24-page publication is the final report for a 2009 NCAT project that explored the feasibility of producers developing alternative markets for livestock in Inyo and Mono counties of California. Opportunities for developing regional markets for grass-finished and organic cattle and sheep were evaluated.
