Internship information

General Farm Description: We are a 300-acrea farm with several acres of vineyards, orchards, and vegetables. We host farm dinners in our renovated 100-year old barn that highlight the fresh produce coming out of our fields.

Internship Details:

We are looking for an experienced farmhand or gardener or well-rounded ‘farm kid’ or an individual with ample practical experience to work with us for the 2022 season. The ideal candidate would also have culinary or home kitchen experience and an interest in putting food on people’s plates.

Educational Opportunities: We have expertise in market vegetable farming, soil fertility, viticulture, wine-making, and starting a successful farm-to-table venture.

Skills Desired: The following are pluses: experience operating heavy machinery like tractors and skid steers, proficiency at using a chain saw, farming experience, and/or culinary background.

Meals: No. But produce and eggs are included.

Stipend: No.

Housing: Yes. There is a cute apartment above our barn event space.
