General Farm Description: First year farm under owner/manager with 15+ years of organic farming experience. Focus on high-end cut flower and vegetable production.

Internship Details:

This is not an internship. Blackfish farm is looking for experienced farmers who want to make a real living in agriculture. 8 hour days consist of seeding, transplanting, weeding and harvesting. Additional hours are available working our future on-farm retail stand.

Educational Opportunities: No

Skills Desired: Farming experience is preferred but not necessary. On farm training available with the understanding this is a job, not an apprenticeship.

Meals: No

Stipend: Starting pay is $13/hr. $15/hr after first month review and commitment to work the whole season.
