We have been growing cut flowers for 11 seasons, and 2025 will be our 5th season at this property as part of the Treehouse Farm Collective. We sell our flowers to the Colorado Flower Collective and local florists, at our farm stand, at our on-farm workshops, and to wedding clients. We also sell & ship dahlia tubers and dried flowers in the winter. We currently farm on about 2 acres, with 3 caterpillar tunnels, and we are actively expanding our footprint along with managing the farm’s collective space. We are seeking healthy, strong, hard workers who appreciate beauty, fun, learning, quality, & a job well-done! These are physically demanding positions with a lot of variability in the type of work. Flowers are beautiful, but our work is not easy or glamorous: those without tolerance or love for dirt, bugs, certain stinky smells, or mosquito bites need not apply. You will never be bored; there is so much to learn about flowers & how to grow them. You will be part of an important agricultural hub at the Treehouse Farm Collective, which also houses Speedwell Farm & Gardens, Ver de Terre Vermicompost, and The Tool Library.
Candidates from minority or marginalized groups or with multicultural backgrounds or experience are especially encouraged to apply. Artemis Flower Farm is dedicated to the principles of equal employment opportunity.
