Sesión de escucha sobre la COVID-19 para agricultores veteranos

In April 2020, NCAT hosted an online listening session focused on farmer veterans. The aim of the listening session was to create a space for farmer veterans where they could share their challenges and strategies for resiliency. Most important, we wanted to give farmer veterans a chance to connect with each other.

Margo Hale, NCAT Southeast Regional Director and director of NCAT’s Armed to Farm program, along with NCAT Northeast Regional Director Andy Pressman, facilitated the listening session. Rusty Rumley, Senior Staff Attorney with the National Agricultural Law Center, joined them to share information on legal issues and how COVID-19 is impacting farmers. Margo, Andy, and Rusty also took questions from participants.
