In this first of four virtual workshops, NCAT Agriculture Specialists Darron Gaus and Cody Brown share about discus the Ogallala Aquifer and the High Plains. This first session covers the following:

  • Water conservation
  • The quantity and quality of water in the aquifer
  • Practices that increase water infiltration
  • Practices that decrease water evaporation
