Cassie has been with NCAT since 2022. She brings a strong commitment to supporting people and building effective, values-driven workplaces. She holds an Associate’s degree from Montana State University Billings, along with a Certificate in Human Resources from MSU Billings, and she is currently completing her Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management from American Military University.
Cassie proudly served for 13 years in the United States Army National Guard, where she held the role of Recruiting and Retention Non-Commissioned Officer. It was in that role that she discovered her passion for Human Resources—working closely with service members, supporting career development, and helping individuals navigate key employment and life transitions. This experience continues to shape her people-centered approach to HR and her dedication to service, integrity, and organizational excellence.
