About Farm:
Biodynamic Organically Grown Fruit and Vegetables
Pastured Grassfed Raw Milk Dairy.
Natural Cheesemaking Creamery
Community Supported Agriculture Farm

Farming Practices:
Utilizing Regenerative Farming Principles including: No-till techniques, conservation tillage techniques, composting, cover cropping, closed loop nutrient cycling, rotational grazing, and more.

Available Positions:
Apprenticeships available for Vegetable Production, Dairy Production, and Creamery Production. Possibility for part time and year-round employment.

Individuals should be committed, as farming is hard work if you don’t love it! Individuals should be willing and able to occasionally help with sectors of the farm outside their focus.

Compensation:
-$1500-2200 monthly stipend depending on experience level.
-Shared housing in a three bedroom comfortable house.
-Farm Produce: including vegetables, meat, eggs, dairy/ Creamery Products, bread.

Educational Opportunities: We work closely with students at our neighboring Waldorf schools High Mowing and Pine Hill preK-High School as well as our sister organization Wild Rose Farm School. Opportunities for working with students in an educational capacity.

Skills Desired: Beginner Apprenticeship does not require prior farming experience. For our Experienced Apprenticeship, we are looking for applicants with prior farming experience that are interested in seasonal to year-round employment. Experience with vegetable and/ or dairy production required.

Meals: Meals are not provided, but all farm vegetables, dairy, dairy products, meat, eggs and bread are provided to apprentices.

Stipend: $1500/month stipend for seasonal beginner Apprenticeship $2000/ month starting stipend for seasonal- year round Experienced Apprenticeship.

Housing: Yes, housing is included. Private room in shared 3 bedroom apartment. Full bathroom, kitchen, and living room.
