General Farm Description: Living Energy Farm is an intentional community, environmental education center and organic farm. We are off the grid and aim to use no fossil fuels. Our mission is to serve as an example of a sustainable, globally relevant post-carbon village. We cultivate 3 acres of annual crops to feed ourselves and produce income from contract seed production.

Living Energy Farm is looking for residential volunteers for the 2026 growing season. Volunteers live and work alongside community members, helping with farm and domestic chores for 25-30 hours/week in exchange for room and board. Educational Opportunities: Learning opportunities include: annual crop cultivation, contract seed production, off grid technologies (including DC Microgrids and biogas), food processing, orcharding.
