Internship information

General Farm Description: An agriculture program focused on faith based stewardship of the land, Christian discipleship and world hunger relief. Genesis 2:15 reminds us that “The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden of Eden to work it and keep it.” This foundational mandate reveals God’s intent for humanity to steward creation as an act of worship. Agricultural discipleship is a recovery of that call - restoring the relationship between people and the land so that provision flows not just physically, but spiritually, as communities are equipped to flourish under God’s design.

Internship Details:

Empower School offers continued education experiences that focus on leadership development, one-on-one mentorship, and increased responsibility in the day-to-day operations of sustainable farm management. Internships are especially suited to those looking to build a career in regenerative farming or agricultural missions.  We work in partnership with multiple international organizations providing opportunities for our interns to participate in regenerative agriculture missions around the world.
