Communication is the best skill in a group endeavor. You will not need to lift 50#s.  We have enough equipment for all the heavy stuff including   Allis G cultivator and walk behind Planet Jr tricked out.
You will succeed when you put care of animals and plants before yourself.
Many Mkt opportunities.
The Kitchen and Value added are a big part of our efforts. A lot of Slow Food happens in the Kitchen. Everyone helps with cleans up

Educational Opportunities: Plant identification, weeds, exotics and invasive plants, seed starting & saving multiple irrigation systems. Caring for Goats & kids, pigs, ducks, rabbits, livestock Guardian dog, Medicinal plant cultivation and preparation. Baking sourdough breads dressing meats, charcuterie machine maintenance, essential tools.

Skills Desired: Todo

Meals: Shared prep, cooking, eating, putting everything away and cleaning up. This is much harder then lifting 50#. So be Real.

Stipend: Yes, over time, once commuted and competent
