Spend a morning learning the basics of cover crops and soil health. This field day with New York Soil Health and the Capital Area Agriculture and Horticulture Program will focus on improving soil health in small-scale production systems. Participants will gain hands-on knowledge of seeding methods, rates, along with resources specific to New York growers. Lunch will be provided.
