The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is joining with PA Preferred to present an Institutional Wholesaling Training in Harrisburg. Farmers will learn how to incorporate bulk sales to clients like public, private, and charter schools; colleges and universities; retirement homes, hospitals, and prisons into their growing and selling programs. Guidance specifically designed for individual farms will be available, as well as the opportunity to meet prospective buyers. This invaluable workshop is offered free of charge, and includes accommodations and meals.
