This free workshop will cover the basic principles of farm food safety; performing risk assessments and implementing a basic food safety plan; best practices for post-harvest handling, packing, storing, and transporting fresh produce to different non-DTC markets; developing a traceability system and conducting a mock audit; and strategies for implementing easy record-keeping and documentation procedures.
