Tiffany Hayes
Producer Lead – AMP Initiative
After 24 years of federal service with the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and U.S. Forest Service (USFS), Tiffany joined the National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) in 2026 as the Advancing Market for Producers (AMP) Producer Lead. With more than 15 years at NRCS as a certified conservation planner, she brings extensive experience in conservation planning and producer engagement. In her role at NCAT, Tiffany oversees producer outreach and serves as the primary contact for NCAT’s Technical Assistance Providers.
Tiffany has maintained a lifelong passion for agriculture, natural resources, and the outdoors. She earned a degree in Crop and Soil Environmental Science from Virginia Tech. Outside of work, she enjoys whitewater rafting, skiing and snowboarding during Wyoming’s winters, hiking with her dogs, and gardening during the summer months.
